These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) apply to the usage of the “Website of Tokyo Trust Capital Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Tokyo Trust Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Users must read and accept these terms before utilizing the Service.

The User acquires no rights in relation to any materials of the Service and is strictly prohibited from executing any actions that infringe upon these intellectual property rights.
Art. 3 Modifications and Suspension of the Service
The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice to the User. The User acknowledges and agrees to such potential modifications or suspensions.
Art. 4 Personal Information Handling
Any personal information acquired by the Company during the User’s access and usage of the Service shall be treated appropriately and securely in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Art. 5 Prohibited Activities
1. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts:
- Acts that hinder or risk disrupting the operation of the Service.
- Acts that impede or interfere with other Users’ access and utilization of the Service.
- Acts that infringe upon copyrights, intellectual properties, or other rights of the Company or third parties.
- Acts violating the honor, privacy, reputation, or interests of the Company, other users, or third parties.
- Acts that violate public order, decency, morals, laws, and regulations, or promote such violations.
- Acts in violation of these Terms.
- Other activities deemed inappropriate or unacceptable by the Company.
2. If the Company determines that a User has engaged in any prohibited acts, the Company may suspend the User’s access to all or part of the Service and execute necessary corrective measures without prior notice. The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damages or disadvantages arising from these actions.
Art. 6 Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces
The User covenants and guarantees the following to the Company:
- The User (and its executives, directors, or representatives) is not an anti-social force (including organized crime groups, corporate extortionists, boryokudan, or similar entities).
- The User shall not permit anti-social forces to utilize its name to execute this agreement.
- The User shall not utilize violent actions, threatening remarks, fraudulent schemes, or undue legal requests against the Company or other parties.
Art. 7 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
1. The Company shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or suspension of the Service resulting from Force Majeure, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, epidemics, or administrative intervention.
2. The User understands that access to the Service may be delayed or suspended due to network errors, system maintenance, or computer server load. The Company bears no liability for damages or disadvantages caused by such technical suspensions.
3. The Company does not warrant, either express or implied, the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, updates, safety, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service and information provided through it.
4. In the event of contract termination or legal actions where the Company is held liable to compensate the User, compensation shall not exceed the direct fees paid for the product/service, and the Company is completely exempted from special, indirect, or lost profit damages.
Art. 8 Confidentiality
The User shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, operational data, or communications disclosed by the Company during the utilization of the Service, and shall not disclose or leak such information to any third party without our prior written consent.
Art. 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive agreement jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
