Tokyo Trust Capital Co., Ltd. Art. 6 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
1. The Company shall not provide acquired Personal Information to third parties without prior consent of the User, except in the following cases:
- When required by laws and regulations
- When necessary to protect human life, body, or property and obtaining prior consent is difficult
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining prior consent is difficult
- When cooperating with state organs, local governments, or agents commissioned by them in executing administrative affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining prior consent risks hindering said execution
- Other cases permitted under exceptions in the Personal Information Protection Act
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following recipients shall not correspond to “third parties” under this provision:

- Request for suspension of use of Personal Information
