Tokyo Trust Capital Co., Ltd. Art. 6 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

  • When required by laws and regulations
  • When necessary to protect human life, body, or property and obtaining prior consent is difficult
  • When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining prior consent is difficult
  • When cooperating with state organs, local governments, or agents commissioned by them in executing administrative affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining prior consent risks hindering said execution
  • Other cases permitted under exceptions in the Personal Information Protection Act

2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following recipients shall not correspond to “third parties” under this provision:
